Provider Portal


Our move to the Western Wisconsin Cares (WWC) business system included moving from the MIDAS Provider Portal to the CLI Provider Portal (previously known as the WWC Provider Portal). The last day for ContinuUs providers to access the MIDAS portal was 12/31/2016. In order to access authorization information for service dates of 01/01/2017 and beyond, you must be set up on the CLI portal. For ongoing services, current authorizations in MIDAS were ended 12/31/2016, and new authorizations were created in the WWC business system with a start date of 01/01/2017. You must bill separately for 2016 and 2017 dates of service. See the Business System 2017 page for more information about the business system change.


To get your organization set up with the CLI Provider Portal, submit the CLI Provider Portal Administrator Application Form. The administrator is the person in your organization who will have the ability and responsibility to set up users, assign user permissions, activate, and inactivate users accessing CLI portal within your organization. If you need an individual log in for an existing account, please contact your administrator.
