New Business System Effective January 1, 2017

As part of the merger of Community Care Connections of Wisconsin (CCCW), ContinuUs, and Western Wisconsin Cares (WWC) into one organization, ContinuUs moved from MIDAS to the WWC business system effective January 1, 2017. This change impacts multiple areas, such as authorizations, claims submission, and referral requests, and includes a different provider portal for accessing your information. Please see below for communications and resources related to this change.

Provider Communications

CLI Provider Portal

Please note: In 2016 communications, and going forward as we transition to our new name, you may see the CLI Provider Portal referred to as the “WWC Provider Portal.” These names refer to the same provider portal.

Our move to the WWC business system included moving from MIDAS to the CLI Provider Portal (formerly known as the WWC Provider Portal). In order to access authorization information for service dates of January 1, 2017, and beyond you must be set up on the CLI portal. Please submit the CLI Provider Portal Administrator Application Form for your organization as soon as possible so we can get you started.  For more information, please see the New Business System Update - Important Information About Provider Portal Access letter (sent to providers 10/18/2016).

Changes to ContinuUs Provider Support System

As part of our move to the Western Wisconsin Cares (WWC) business system, incoming calls and emails to the ContinuUs Provider Help Desk and WWC Customer Service are now being routed to a centralized customer service group. This allows us to direct your query to the person best able to help you.

  • For assistance with claims, authorizations, coding, CLI Provider Portal, and other questions related to providing services to our Family Care members, please contact 1-888-544-9353 or customerservice@wwcares.org.
  • MIDAS Provider Portal questions should continue to go to providerportal@ContinuUs.org or 1-877-578-6881.

At this time the ContinuUs Provider Help Desk phone number and email address are still active and will route you to the new centralized service. We will keep you informed of any future changes, and remain dedicated to providing the most efficient and highest quality support for our providers.

(CLI). WWC and CU will be utilizing WWC’s business system and will utilize WWC’s claims processing rules/procedures throughout 2017. CCCW will not be utilizing that system and will continue to utilize current CCCW claims processing rules/procedures throughout 2017.
