On January 1, 2017, Community Care Connections of Wisconsin (CCCW), ContinuUs, and Western Wisconsin Cares (WWC) merged to form a new managed care organization: Community Link, Inc. (CLI). The CLI website is currently under development, so please continue to visit this ContinuUs site until further notice for resources and updates.
We are excited about the opportunities presented by this unified organization to support person-centered and community-focused efforts across the state. While our name may look different, our partnership with you remains the same.
ContinuUs changed from MIDAS to the WWC business system effective January 1, 2017. This change impacts multiple areas, such as authorizations, claims submission, referral requests, and customer support, and includes a different provider portal for accessing your information. Please see the Business System 2017 page for communications and resources related to this change. Also see the December 2016 ContinuUs Provider Bulletin for summaries of changes effective in the new year.
The two-phase implementation of our new Residential Rate Methodology began October 1, 2016. New rates for 2017 are now in effect.
